Good Sense Studio is based at Plot No. 34, Win Nagar Second Main Road, Ellakudy, Kattur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu 620019, India (“we”, “us”). We sell digital products such as printable planners, templates, spreadsheets and online tools. We describe each product as accurately as we can, but colours and layouts may look slightly different on different screens and printers. Sample images are for illustration.

It is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
Refunds, cancellations and returns are covered by our Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy. Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Both form part of these terms.
You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to break its security, copying it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, and in that case no refund is due.
We work to keep the site and download links available, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or retire products. If we make a free update to a product you bought, we may send it to you, but we are not required to.
Our products are provided as described, for general personal use. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
