Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Good Sense Studio ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or buy Paisa Planner, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The short version
- We collect only your name, email and mobile number when you buy, so we can deliver your purchase and help you.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
- What you type into the Paisa Planner app stays on your own device. We cannot see it.
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information we collect
When you buy: your name, email address and mobile number, which you type on the checkout page. We also keep the order ID, payment ID, amount and date that Razorpay gives us.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to share by email, phone or WhatsApp.
When you use the Paisa Planner app: nothing. The amounts, categories, notes and settings you enter are saved in your browser's storage on your own phone or computer. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app's data or clear your browser, those entries are removed unless you have a backup file.
When you use the Google Sheets planner: your copy lives in your own Google account under Google's terms. We do not have access to your copy.
How we use your information
- To process your payment and send your access links.
- To answer your questions and process refunds.
- To keep records required by law, such as tax and accounting records.
- To tell you about important changes to Paisa Planner. We will not send marketing messages unless you agree to them.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the business:
- Razorpay, to process payments, under its own privacy policy.
- Our website hosting and email providers, to run this site and send your access email.
- Government or law enforcement authorities, only when the law requires it.
Cookies
This website uses one session cookie during checkout to keep your order details together while you pay. It is deleted when you close the browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for up to 8 years, as required for accounting and tax purposes. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw any consent you gave. Some records must be kept by law even after you ask. Write to gss.goodsensestudio@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Our checkout runs over HTTPS. Order records are stored in a protected location on our server that is not open to the web. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Children
Paisa Planner is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
