Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you buy or use Paisa Planner from Good Sense Studio, Kattur, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us"). By paying for Paisa Planner, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
Paisa Planner is a digital product. For a one-time payment of ₹99, you get:
- access to the Paisa Planner web app, which you can add to your phone or computer home screen;
- a budget planner for Google Sheets (with a filled sample), which you copy into your own Google account;
- a user guide in PDF format.
There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
Your licence
You may use Paisa Planner for yourself and your household. You may not resell, share for payment, publish or give away the planner, the guide or the app link as your own product.
Not financial advice
Paisa Planner is a tool for tracking and planning everyday money. Its tips are general and based only on the entries you make. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and they do not guarantee any savings or results. Please consult a qualified professional, such as a SEBI-registered investment adviser, before making financial decisions.
Your data
Entries in the app are stored only on your own device. You are responsible for keeping a backup using the Backup option in Settings. We cannot recover entries that are deleted from your device. See our privacy policy.
Availability and updates
We work to keep the app link available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or update Paisa Planner. Updates are free for buyers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is usually reversed by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with your payment reference.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Paisa Planner is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
